Grzegorz Sobieski

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, where he finished with honors, he brings over a decade of expertise in designing and optimizing wind farm foundations. Nearly 40% of all wind farm foundations in Poland were built with his direct design involvement

“We dream of a world that isn’t just ‘not worse,’ but better than the one we found. A world where objects gain new functions—different, yet equally valuable. We want to create beauty and purpose out of what seems worn out; for people, for the planet. That’s exactly what we do: transforming retired wind turbine blades into objects with soul, blending passion, design, and sustainable ideas. That’s what drives us—to do more, do better, and do it wholeheartedly.”

Wojciech Wilczyński

A graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace Engineering. For many years, he has been leading research to develop new technological solutions in composite recycling.

“For me, Blade Brothers is so much more than a brand. It’s an engineering mission and a creative space where we blend aesthetics, technology, and environmental responsibility. It’s a place where wind turbine waste doesn’t mark the end of its life, but the start of a new one. Here, I get to bring to life ideas that once lived only as sketches in my notebook.”

Marcin Sobczyk

For years, he has been deeply involved in the wind energy sector, working on the construction and servicing of wind turbines. Navigating technical documentation, coordinating with administrative bodies, and securing permits for R&D initiatives and composite waste management are all areas where he feels right at home.

“For me, Blade Brothers is a space for action—a future-focused laboratory that’s truly changing the world. But above all, it’s the chance to be part of a team that believes technology without heart has no meaning.”

Jakub Kosiński

A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and the SAR Brand Strategy School, he has spent over a decade in the real estate and wind energy industries. Known as a “special ops” problem solver, his strengths lie in organization, out-of-the-box thinking, and managing and optimizing complex processes.

“Co-creating Blade Brothers is a chance to think beyond the usual frameworks and connect with incredible people from across industries. Tapping into creativity every day to deliver diverse, engineering-driven projects feels like playing with Lego—only in the world of advanced technology.”

Sabine Mazurczak-Sarnawski

A graduate of Universität Bremen, Faculty of Humanities.
She brings years of experience in human resources management, administration, and project coordination.

“Blade Brothers is a space where you can imagine, experiment, and laugh wholeheartedly—while creating something truly meaningful. It’s where engineering meets dreams. And suddenly, that old turbine blade? It’s headlining a festival.”
